One of these:
- The HCP Anywhere applications on one or more of your devices are too old to support folder sharing. These devices are identified on the My Devices window in the User Portal. In this case, for you to be able to share folders, do one of these:
- Update the HCP Anywhere applications on your devices.
- Deregister the devices that have outdated HCP Anywhere applications.
- Your organization's HCP Anywhere settings prohibit you from sharing with certain other HCP Anywhere users.
