Desktop app was uninstalled from your computer after an upgrade to the desktop app failed

Occasionally, when an upgrade to the Windows desktop application fails, the desktop application is uninstalled from your computer.

In this case, you can:

  • Resolve the upgrade issue and then install the newest version of the desktop application.
  • Reinstall the older version of the desktop application if you still have the old installation file.

The newest desktop application installation file should already be on your computer due to the upgrade, but you can also download it from the HCP Anywhere User Portal.
