You perform some of the most important operations on the Files page, including:
- Uploading files
- Opening Microsoft Office files for editing
- Opening Portable Document Format (PDF) files
- Sharing files and folders
- Downloading files and folders
- Restoring files and folders
Computer
Above the lists of your documents and folders are a number of buttons. These initiate global operations such as upload, create folder, and restore as well as some item specific operations such as move and download. These operations are also available from the floating action button (
) in the bottom right corner of the User Portal or by right-clicking on a file or folder.
You can also open an action menu by clicking on the overflow icon (
) in the row of an item. This displays a list of operations you can perform on that particular file or folder, including the ways in which it can be shared.
Mobile
In a mobile browser, all file and folder operations are available from the floating action button () or from the overflow icon () in the row of an item.
