When you invite a group to a collaborative folder, HCP Anywhere tracks the group for you. If someone is added to the group, that person is also invited to the collaborative folder.
When you invite a person to a collaborative folder, that person is tracked as an individual, even if that person is also a member of a group in the folder. If a person is being tracked as an individual in a folder and you want to track them as part of a group, you need to:

Remove that person from the folder.

Invite the group to the folder.
