On the left side of the User Portal is a navigation menu. On a mobile browser, this menu does not display by default. To open the navigation menu on a mobile browser, tap the User Portal icon in the top left-corner of the screen.
You can access the entire HCP Anywhere website directly from this menu. The navigation menu includes these sections:
- Files
- Lists your documents and allows you to manage and share them.
- Shared Folders
- Lists all your shared folders, team folders, and mobilized shares in one central location. You can even filter the list for more granularity.
- My Links
- Lists all your links in one central location.
- Activity
- Lists your file, collaboration, and account activity. This is a great way to keep track of what is occurring in your HCP Anywhere account.
- Devices
- Allows you to download and manage the different HCP Anywhere applications. HCP Anywhere offers applications for your computer, mobile devices, and even Windows Outlook.
In the top right corner of the User Portal, your username is displayed on desktop and this icon (
) on mobile. Click your username or the icon to access your account settings, usage information, and an online User Help with some helpful tips and tricks.
