HCP Anywhere User Help

Server certificate supplied by the HCP Anywhere system is not trusted

This error occurs when the Mac OS is on version 10.13 (High Sierra) and the HCP Anywhere system is using a self-signed certificate. Unlike older Mac versions, Mac 10.13 does not accept self-signed certificates.

For help fixing this issue, contact your IT department. The HCP Anywhere administrator will need to install a certificate signed by a certificate authority (CA) onto the HCP Anywhere system.
