Shared folder isn't visible in your HCP Anywhere folder

One of these:

  • You have turned off synchronization for the folder. You can still view the folder from the Portal and your mobile devices. For information on turning synchronization back on, see Configuring synchronization for a collaborative folder.
  • You deleted the folder.
  • The owner of the folder stopped sharing it with you.
  • You left the shared folder.
