After the HCP Anywhere tab has been added to the Teams channel, all users within the channel can view the HCP Anywhere tab. When you access the tab, the login screen for the Microsoft Teams Tabs appears and you can log in to HCP Anywhere and see the team folder contents.
After you are given access or accept the invitation, you can click Refresh (provided by Microsoft Teams for every tab) to update the page and access the contents of the HCP Anywhere folder. You also can navigate away from and back into the tab to reload it.
Any of the following conditions triggers an alert:
- You log in successfully but do not have access to the team folder.
- You log in successfully but have not accepted an invitation to the folder yet.
- The folder was deleted or abandoned by the previous manager.
