Shared folders available for conversion

To convert a shared folder to a team folder, you must be the owner of the shared folder. You also must not have a pending team folder conversion request. Selecting a shared folder enables the Save button.

The team folder quota for the shared folder (see the formula used in User Portal (see Additional team folder management) is less than or equal to the threshold for team folder conversion as defined for the user's profile in the Management Console.

Shared folders cannot have a pending team folder conversion request.

If the folder is added successfully, the tab titled “HCP Anywhere - FolderName" is created.
