To use the HCP Anywhere for Microsoft Teams, you need to install and register the HCP Anywhere app. It can be downloaded directly from the HCP Anywhere website. If your company has installed the app onto your computer for you already, you can launch Teams and register the app.

Client certificates are required for Certificate-based authentication (CBA). You must import the client certificate into yout default browser or your computer's certificate store. During installation, you might get a warning message that the certificate for the HCP Anywhere system is not trusted. Click Yes when you get that warning. After installing the certificate, choose Certificate-based authentication from the menu and then select the certificate.
