HCP Anywhere User Help

Login error

The possible login error messages are as follows:

  • Incorrect username or password

    Try again, or contact your HCP Anywhere administrator.

  • You do not have access to AW file sync and share functionality

    You don't have access. Contact your HCP Anywhere administrator.

  • Your user certificate could not be validated (no certificate, invalid SAN/CN, OCSP denial)

    Your certificate could not be validated. Contact your HCP Anywhere administrator.

  • Other errors

    Authentication or authorization failed. Try again, or contact your HCP Anywhere system administrator.
