Cannot log out of the User Portal

You may be unable to sign out of the web portal if your organization uses a SAML authentication provider to validate your username and password. In this case, some of your authentication information is stored in the web browser.

Procedure

  1. Make sure the browser is set to end the browser session when closed.
    For instructions on doing this for a browser, see the applicable documentation for that browser.
  2. Close the browser.
