Creating a new Microsoft Office file

In Microsoft Office integration is configured, you can create new Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.

Procedure

  1. Navigate into a folder.
  2. At top of the window, click New file.
  3. In the New file window, select the type of file to create:
    • Word document
    • Excel workbook
    • PowerPoint presentation
  4. Click Create.

Result

The file opens in a separate browser tab.
