Files in HCP Anywhere are not tied to a particular computer or phone. This ensures that if you lose a file or a file becomes corrupted on one of your devices, you can easily recover it using HCP Anywhere.
When you download an individual file, the file is downloaded as is. When you download multiple files or folders, they are combined into a single .zip file.
Procedure
- Select the files and folders you want to download.
Tip
You can select:- Multiple files and folders by clicking on each item row.
- A range of files and folders by clicking on one item and then Shift-clicking on another.
- All the items in the folder by clicking on the box next to the Name column.
