Getting more help

HCP Anywhere offers an online user help, which you can access directly from the desktop application icon menu. The HCP Anywhere User Help not only contains useful information on the desktop application, but also the HCP Anywhere website, mobile applications, and Outlook Add-in.

Procedure

In the top right-corner of the User Portal, click your username.
In the menu, click:

Online Help - Essentials

A condensed online help with tips and tricks on getting started with HCP Anywhere. This help is available in all of the supported HCP Anywhere languages.

Online Help - Complete

An online help with all the operations you can perform in HCP Anywhere. This help is much longer than the Frequently asked questions help and is only available in English.
