HCP Anywhere User Help

You reinstalled or updated the Add-in, but it doesn't appear anywhere in Microsoft Outlook

The Add-in was disabled by Outlook. To reenable it:

Procedure

  1. In Outlook, click FileOptionsAdd-Ins.
  2. In the Manage field, select Disabled Items.
  3. Click the Go button.
  4. In the Disabled Items window, select the HCP Anywhere Add-in.
  5. Click the Enable button.
