HCP Anywhere User Help

Uninstalling the desktop application

Before you uninstall the desktop application, you need to make sure you have no remote files in your HCP Anywhere folder. Since the content of remote files is located on the HCP Anywhere server, remote files cannot be accessed on your computer once the desktop application is uninstalled.

To ensure that you download all your remote files, do one of these:

  • Deregister and then delete your HCP Anywhere folder

For instructions on deregistering the desktop application, see temp_id__xqx_1.html.

  • Save your HCP Anywhere folder locally

For instructions on saving a folder locally, see Saving files locally or keeping them remote.
