Shared and team folders are identified in the User Portal by these icons:
- Team folder that is syncing with the desktop application
- Team folder that is not syncing with the desktop application
- Shared folder that you created and that is syncing with the desktop application
- Shared folder that you created and that is not syncing with the desktop application
- Shared folder that was created by someone else and that is syncing with the desktop application
- Shared folder that was created by someone else and that is not syncing with the desktop application
