The application icon on the taskbar indicates the state of the desktop application. The list below explains each desktop application state.
- All files in the HCP Anywhere folder are synchronized with your HCP Anywhere account.
- Files in your HCP Anywhere folder are in the process of being synchronized with your HCP Anywhere account.
- User attention is required. For more information, see Troubleshooting the Windows desktop app.
- File synchronization is currently paused. For information on pausing and resuming file synchronization for your HCP Anywhere folder, see Pausing and resuming file synchronization.
You can also mouse-over the application icon on the taskbar to view a description of the application status.
