Removing members

If you are the Owner of a shared folder or a Manager of a team folder, you can remove members from the folder as you see fit. When you remove a member from a shared or team folder, the folder is deleted from that member's HCP Anywhere account.

Note

If you remove a member who was invited as part of a group, the person is not reinvited when the group is updated at the end of each day. A member of a group has this icon () next to their name in the folder.

Procedure

  1. In the row of a collaborative folder, click the overflow icon ().
  2. In the menu, click Manage shared folder.
  3. In the row of a user or group, click the trash bin icon ().

    Note

    If you are removing a group, each member of the group is removed from the shared or team folder unless:
    • The member was invited individually to the folder
    • The member is part of another group still in the folder
  4. Repeat the previous step for each member and group you want to remove.
