Manage collaborative folders

For each shared and team folder that you are a part of, you can perform certain operations in the folder depending on your member role.

With any role, you can:

  • Enable or disable synchronization with the desktop application
  • View the members of the folder

If you are a Collaborator or Viewer in the folder, you can leave the folder.

If you are the Owner of a shared folder, you can also:

  • Invite others to join the folder
  • Unshare the folder with all the members

If you are the Manager of a team folder, you can also:

  • Invite others to join the folder
  • Delete the folder for all the members
  • Adjust the storage capacity of the folder
  • Change the contact information for the folder
