By default, groups in shared and team folders are updated at the end of each day. If a person is added to the group during the day, for example, that person is invited to all the collaborative folders in which the group is a part of at the end of the day. This removes the hassle of managing groups yourself.
Instead of waiting until the end of the day for a group to update, you can also update groups on-demand.

If there are no groups invited to the collaborative folder, the Sync membership button is not displayed in the Manage shared folder window. Groups have this icon (
) next to their name in the Manage shared folder window.Procedure
- In the row of a collaborative folder, click the overflow icon (
).
- In the menu, click Manage shared folder.
- Click Sync membership.
