Viewing folder activity on the Files Activity page
Procedure
- In the side-menu, click Files Activity.
- Above the list of events, click the filter icon (
).
- In the Filters section, select one of these filters for the filesystem:
- File modifications
- Displays events where files were renamed, deleted, moved, or modified.
- File access from shared links
- Displays events where files were viewed through a link.
- File access
- Displays events where files were accessed in ways other than through a link.
- In the Owners section, select a filesystem:
- My private files
- Displays events performed on your files and folders (for example, when a file was uploaded or deleted from your account).
- shared-folder-name (shared-folder-owner)
- Displays events performed in the selected shared folder.
- team-Folder-name (team-folder-email)
- Displays events performed in the selected team folder.
- mobilized share on NAS server
- Displays events performed in the selected mobilized share.
